Liability Waiver

Before embarking on your adventure, please take a moment to read and understand our liability waiver. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below:

Jet Ski Rentals:

• Minimum 2-Hour Rental Required.

• A deposit of $250 per vessel will be charged at the time of delivery. This deposit serves as a security measure and will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vessel, provided there is no damage or loss. Any damage or loss will exceeding the deposit amount will be charged to your card on file.

• A fuel charge of $30 for hourly bookings, $50 for half day bookings and $75 for full day bookings will be assessed to all reservations.

• Anything towed by your vehicle is automatically covered under your automobile insurance policy. Any damage or loss while transporting vessels will be your responsibility and claimed to your insurance company.

• One promotion or coupon code per booking.

• No REFUNDS! All cancellations will be issued a store credit for a future reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us prior to your scheduled rental time to receive a store credit or reschedule.

Pontoon Rentals:

• A deposit of $500 per vessel will be charged at the time of delivery. This deposit serves as a security measure and will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vessel, provided there is no damage or loss. Any damage or loss exceeding the security deposit will be charged to your card on file.

• A fuel charge of $150 for half day bookings and $200 for full day bookings will be assessed to all reservations.

• Anything towed by your vehicle is automatically covered under your automobile insurance policy. Any damage or loss while transporting vessels will be your responsibility and claimed to your insurance company

• One promotion or coupon code per booking.

• Pontoon Cruise:

• A deposit of $500 per vessel will be charged at the time of delivery. This deposit serves as a security measure and will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vessel, provided there is no damage or loss. Any damage or loss exceeding the security deposit will be charged to your card on file.

• One promotion or coupon code per booking.

• No REFUNDS! All cancellations will be issued a store credit for a future reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us prior to your scheduled rental time to receive a store credit or reschedule.

No refunds for early returns due to wind, rain or other conditions out of our control.

Liability Waiver:

At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign a liability waiver. This waiver is a legal document that acknowledges the inherent risks associated with water activities and releases our company from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the rental period.

We prioritize your safety and aim to provide an enjoyable experience. However, it is essential to be aware of the risks involved and exercise caution while operating the vessel.
